موج شکن ها یکی از رایج ترین سازه های حفاظت ساحلی هستند که کاربرد اصلی ‌آن‌ها استهلاک انرژی امواج و ایجاد حوضچه آرامش جهت پهلوگیری شناورها در بنادر است. یکی از روش‌ها برای تامین این منظور، احداث یک دیوار صلب در مقابل امواج است که به عنوان موج شکن های کیسونی شناخته می شوند. لذا در این مقاله اندرکنش طیف موج نامنظم با موج شکن کیسونی با استفاده از نرم افزار FLOW-3D مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از اینرو به منظور واسنجی و صحتسنجی، نتایج سطح آزاد، فشار روی سطح کیسون و روگذری حاصل از مدل سازی عددی با مطالعات آزمایشگاهی انجام شده توسط لارا و همکاران مقایسه شده است. نتایج بررسی های انجام گرفته نشان از تطابق مناسب نتایج مدلسازی عددی و آزمایشگاهی دارد. در ادامه تاثیر ایجاد شیار بر دیواره موج شکن در پاسخ های هیدرولیکی سازه بررسی گردیده است. نتایج مدلسازی نشان میدهد، با ایجاد حفره در دیواره جلویی موجشکن کیسونی نسبت به موجشکن کیسونی با دیواره یکپارچه، میزان روگذری و انعکاس موج به شدت کاهش مییابد. همچنین با مقایسه نتایج حاصل از روگذری موج از موج شکن کیسونی حفره دار با نتایج Euro top 2016، تعریف عدد بی بعد جدید با در نظر گرفتن عرض حفره داخل کیسون توصیه می شود.
