In the turbulent landscape of global trade, ports as strategic hubs within the supply chain require technological solutions that enhance operational performance while meeting environmental and social requirements. This study evaluates the impacts of blockchain and Internet of Things on economy, society, and the environment. The statistical population consisted of experts and managers active in the field of port logistics, and data were collected via questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS and AMOS software, employing the structural equation modeling method. Statistical results indicate that both blockchain and Internet of Things have significant positive effects on the sustainable development of port logistics, with their combined impact proving mutually reinforcing. Notably, Internet of Things exerted the greatest influence on economic and environmental components, while blockchain played a pivotal role in enhancing transparency and social trust. Based on these findings, it is recommended that port managers undertake targeted initiatives to implement these technologies within operational processes and information infrastructures as part of their transformation efforts. Furthermore, the development of legal frameworks, the enhancement of workforce expertise, and the establishment of indigenous digital infrastructures are identified as critical prerequisites for achieving technological sustainability in the country’s ports.
