هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، شبیه‌سازی عددی برداشت انرژی آیروالاستیک از نوسانات ناشی از جریان عبوری از یک تیر مرکب عمودی انعطاف‌پذیر نصب شده بر کف قرار گرفته در امتداد یک استوانه صلب با سطح مقطع دایروی، به عنوان یک پیکربندی ساده از توربین‌های بدون پره، می‌باشد.  مکانیزم اصلی برداشت انرژی در این سیستم برمبنای تکه‌ مواد پیزوالکتریک چسبانده شده در ریشه تیر الاستیک می باشد. همچنین، شبیه‌سازی و تعیین پارامترهای اصلی آئروالاستیک سیستم از طریق یک حل‌گر عددی کوپله سازه- سیال گذرا دو سویه بر مبنای روش دینامیک سیالات و جامدات محاسباتی  مد نظر می‌باشد . نتایج به دست آمده نشان می­دهد که کاهش جرم استوانه از 20g به 5g، افزایش ضخامت ورق از 0.5mm به 0.8mm و افزایش مدول یانگ از 50GPa به 80GPa می تواند به ترتیب تا 90%، 70% و 90% باعث بهبود بیشینه برداشت انرژی در ناحیه قفل شدگی گردد.
