در مسأله اندرکنش جسم صلب و سیال از روش‌ها و تکنیک‌های مختلفی برای شبیه¬سازی برخورد جسم متحرک به سیال‌ها استفاده شده است. برخورد گوه با توجه به خصوصیات سیال دیلاتانت و تأثیر تغییر این خصوصیات بر شرایط حرکت گوه در تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از مدل عددی Flow-3D مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مقایسه نتایج تحلیل حاضر با نتایج مشاهداتی نشان داد که این مدل با خطای متوسط 5/0 درصد و 999/0=R2 ، توانایی مناسبی در شبیه‌سازی این نوع سیال دارد. بررسی اثر تغییرات خصوصیات سیال بر حرکت گوه و توزیع سرعت و فشار در سیال نیز نشان داد که تغییر چگالی بیشترین تأثیر را در تغییر سرعت گوه دارد. به نحوی که با افزایش 8/2 برابری آن سرعت نفوذ گوه در حدود 16 درصد کاهش می‌یابد. همچنین مشخص شد که با کاهش فاصله برخورد بین دو گوه، سرعت نفوذ گوه‌ها به داخل سیال تا 8 درصد کاهش می‌یابد.
